Rates & Insurance

Session fees are:

  • $130 for a 60-minute session

  • $100 for a 45-minute session

  • $65 for a 30-minute session

A sliding scale may be available for clients paying out of pocket.

If using insurance, co-pays and coverage will vary depending on your plan. I am currently in network with:

  • BCBS

  • Oscar

  • United Healthcare

  • Oxford

  • Anthem

  • Anthem EAP

  • Carelon

  • Quest

  • Cigna

  • Aetna

You can verify insurance coverage and check benefits through Headway.

Payment

Accepted forms of payment include:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • American Express

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) cards

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

Late cancellations or missed appointments without 24-hour notice may be charged a $50 fee, except in cases of illness, emergency, or other circumstances discussed with Dale. Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointment fees.
